You can get the chocolate syrup and the sprinkle from your nearest confectionery or supermarket.
Ingredients

STEPS FOR 1 GLASS COLD COFFEE

  1. Take 4 tablespoon milk in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon coffee powder into it.(Increase or decrease this quantity as per your taste)  Stir well until coffee powder dissolves completely into the milk.
  2. Take three-fourth of milk in a glass and add it into the blender.
  3. Now add 1 tablespoon of sugar into the blender.
  4. Pour the coffee-milk mixture from the bowl into the blender.
  5. Pour Hershey's chocolate syrup into the blender.
  6. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream into the blender. Not to mention, this will give the desired thickness to the cold-coffee and add to the taste.
